Mr. Harendra Kumar Bajpayee an entrepreneur established Vigilance Management & Personnel Services (VMPS) in the year 1997 which was followed by the establishment of SSS Industrial Services which is a government-approved Third Party Aggregator (TPA) under National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) & Standing Order Certified Organization (SOCM) by Maharashtra Govt.
The services offered by the company have been diversified day by day.
There is no shortage of manpower in our country, but it is in the same way as a passenger in a ship, not everyone can run the ship, but it is possible when training is given.

GOVERNMENT APPROVED TPA UNDER NAPS (MSDE)
SSSIS is a professionally managed organisation, supported by experienced team of personnel, providing creative support to our client organization in the areas of manpower services.
We are a Standing Order Certified Organization (Maharashtra), allowed to engage trainees for the period of 2 years and Government approved TPA under NAPS (MSDE), under which trainees can be engaged for a period of 2-3 years.
STANDING ORDER (SOC)
SSSIS is a Standing Order Certified Organisation by
Maharashtra Government
- Trainees are paid a stipend equal to that of a semi skilled workers minimum wages (Basic & DA).
- Under SOC, PF is not applicable but ESIC is applicable.
- Trainees are engaged for a period of 2 years.
